Our vision for this website are of three components: and they are:

• To help ministers build relationships with one another 
• To help new ministers to adjust to the ministry and maintain their heart of integrity 
• To establish a solid foundation of ministry work for the evangelist as they stay occupied with Kingdom business 

 In Acts 6: 2,4, Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not desirable that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. In (vs.4) the twelve said, But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. Our mission as ministers of the gospel is to radically change this world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

These ministers listed on the Traveling Evangelists website are well taught in the word of God and are licensed and ordained ministers in whom God has placed His signature of approval. Each minister have received a mandate from the Lord in which their positions may differ in deliverance but not in office. Each minister is well aware of their position in Christ and their place in His body! As ministers, we do understand that our office is a place to teach from and our position is a place to operate out of. Ministers on this website will have different levels of anointing on their lives, their ministries will spread and distribute throughout the body as the Holy Spirit wills, and for this purpose to reach those that are at different levels in their walk with the Lord.

Our sole purpose is to fulfill the Great Commission that was given to us by Jesus Christ. In Ep. 4:8,11, Paul addresses the church of Ephesus saying, When He (Jesus) ascended upon High, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men. In (vs.11), And He gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; (vs.12), For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Our mission as ministers is to serve the body of Christ, and to help the church mature unto a perfect man. This website is not designed to glorify men but to glorify God in Christ!

Though there are many anointed ministers in the body of Christ not all are meant to be on this website, this website is designed only for ministers that are in relations with Tim Spigner. Pastors around the world can be sure that these ministers placed on this website are of great quality and spiritual maturity, this stems from being in submission under true spiritual authority. Each minister desires to see revivals happen all over the world, as we stand in faith pastors, God will surely manifest His presence in our meeting so that people can be saved, healed and set free from the power of the enemy.

In the New Testament church, men that were ordained in the ministry were sent out and what accompanied their ministries were miracles, signs and wonders. The apostle Paul says in Galatians 2:9, And when James, Cephas and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given to me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the Gentiles, and they unto the circumcision. These men of God did not take it upon themselves to go to the Gentiles but they were sent through leadership and God's approval was upon their ministry.
